Our entire range of short courses utilise dynamic training techniques to maximise participation, fun and of course, learning. Combined with a comprehensive resource manual for all participants, each program creates motivation and commitment to translate new knowledge into changed behaviour. All courses can be delivered online, during or after hours with durations ranging from three hours to three days. Courses can also be delivered online to ensure participants can complete courses without traveling. Some of our short courses include:• National Accredited Training Utilising the Nationally endorsed training packages we can offer a structured course of training delivering a recognised qualification as the end result. Often these programs are subsidised enabling training costs to be minimal. Training packages are a nationally recognised course of study enabling the participant to achieve an industry endorsed qualification over a number of unique certificate levels. Participants can include employees who may be new to the business or existing employees looking to recognise their knowledge and experience. Training delivery is easy and effective by way of self paced modules with regular trainer contact and support. Programs can be delivered to new or existing employees and are customised to suit your unique business environment. As an employer you may also be eligible to receive financial incentives from the Commonwealth Government ensuring the cost of the training is minimal.
The training package can be delivered to individuals or as an organisation. Flexible delivery also means that integrating the course of study into day to day work environments is easy.
