To earn the 2010 Microsoft Office Master certification, you must pass the following MOS exams:
MOS: Microsoft Office Word 2010 Expert
MOS: Microsoft Office Excel 2010 Expert
MOS: Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2010
MOS: Microsoft Office Outlook 2010 or MOS Microsoft Office Access 2010
To earn the Microsoft Office 2007 Master certification, you must pass the following MOS exams:
MOS: Microsoft Office Word 2007
MOS: Microsoft Office Excel 2007
MOS: Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2007
MOS: Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 or MOS Microsoft Office Access 2007
To earn the MOS Master certification on Microsoft Office 2000, Microsoft Office 2003, or Microsoft Office XP, you must pass the following MOS exams:
MOS: Word Expert
MOS: Excel Expert
MOS: PowerPoint
MOS: Access or MOS: Outlook

The exams are designed and scored over the Internet by Certiport, a US company. Once you have completed the assessment, you will receive a printout showing overall results as a percentage for each category of questions. A total score of 75-80% is required to achieve certification depending on the module undertaken.
If successful, you will receive a certificate by mail from Microsoft. If unsuccessful, you may resit the test at another time.
